Choose Your Commission Split Our unique commission structure is one of a kind!  It allows you to choose your commission split based on your experience in the industry.

Experienced agents should expect to receive a 100% commission split.  If you are in need of extensive assistance or training, our structure will accommodate your needs, and our management team is here to assist you, however your commission split will be set accordingly.  When you sign up with our company, your commission split should be reflective of the amount of support you require.  This is on a case-by-case basis.  Contact our Management TEAM for details.

Elegant Conference Rooms It’s true…you don’t need a flashy office to be able to buy and sell real estate.  It helps to keep overhead low, thus allowing you to keep more of your commissions.  At the same time, it can be very challenging to seal a deal with a sophisticated client at your local coffee shop!

That’s why we provide six elegant conference rooms in our central San Diego office for our agents to reserve and meet clients.  These rooms are sure to impress any client.  We are currently working on obtaining conference rooms in Los Angeles and Riverside counties.

Your Personal Receptionist You may be wondering just how you will reserve the above conference rooms.  SoCal eRealty agents have a personal receptionist at their service from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  The reception phone number will be provided to all agents.

Our receptionist will reserve conference rooms for you, greet your clients and announce their arrival, take messages for you, and even sort your mail!  Other tasks, such as preparing mailouts, can also be performed for a small fee.

Short Sale Support Interested in taking Short Sale listings, but not sure how to negotiate the transaction?  Allow our Short Sale partner, Short Sale Experts, Inc., to do the negotiating for you!  They charge a small fee from the gross commission due to the brokerage, and save you hours of precious time so that you can focus on what you do best - SALES!

Foreign Language Support Have you ever come across the perfect listing, or a buyer who is ready to go, but can’t work it because you can’t speak the language?  We have the solution!  Our administrative staff is fluent in both Spanish and French languages, and is here to help!  Although we won’t be able to perform the entire transaction for you, you will be able to get those critical messages across with our help.

We will meet your clients with you if they are located in San Diego County, or we can do phone/video conferencing for those clients outside the County.
